How long does it take to get my tags? Typically we ship all orders within a week after we receive your order, payment and dog photo. If you need it sooner click here to visit our shipping options page.

Can you add additional information to the tag? You can put any information in any category you would like but to keep cost low we do not customize or add to the category labels. Each category has a limit of 25 characters which includes spaces.

I don't know how to send a digital photo. No problem, simply mail us a photo of your dog and we will scan it, make your tags, and mail your photo back to you along with your tags. The Address is

Next we will ask you to tell us how you are sending us your dog's photo, you can mail it, e-mail it, or upload the photo directly from this page, click submit.
