Hi, my name is Spot and I'm the owner of DoggyDMV. Quality personalized service dog ID tags is what we're all about. I let my owner help me put the web site together as it's hard as heck to type with paws. Besides it's good to throw him a bone every once in a while so he feels useful. The privacy of your information is important to us. You can read our privacy policy here. We protect your credit card information through our encrypted cart system secured by Verisign. We do our best here to make you thrilled with our products so if you need anything let me know at spot@doggydmv.com.

Thanks for stopping by.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to get my tags? Typically we ship all orders within a week after we receive your order, payment and dog photo. If you need it sooner let us know and we will try and help.

Can you add additional information to the tag? You can put any information in any category you would like but to keep cost low we do not customize or add to the category labels. Each category has a limit of 25 characters which includes spaces.

I don't know how to send a digital photo. No problem, simply mail us a photo of your dog and we will scan it, make your tags, and mail your photo back to you along with your tags. The Address is

23503 Lutheran Cemetery Rd
Tomball, TX 77377

I don't know how to order? We'll walk you through the process, first click on the Order Now button. Next we will ask you to tell us how you are sending us your dog's photo, you can mail it, e-mail it, or upload the photo directly from this page, click submit. Now we need to know the info you would like to go on your dog's tag. The information you provide is exactly what will appear on the tag so check it carefully and submit the info. You will now have the option to add another tag or finalize your purchase. You may pay by credit card or directly with a PayPal account. You will receive an e-mail copy of your receipt. That's it, if you still need help send Spot an e-mail.

How come both of my tags don't have hole and a ring? We will gladly do that for you but as we clearly state on the web site one is for your dog to wear and the other is for your wallet so you can easily show people the information from the DOJ. It's pretty hard to show someone that information if your dog is wearing it.
